When you book a service, a standard diagnostic/visiting charge is applicable. This fee covers the technician's time and travel to inspect your appliance. The final repair cost (including spare parts and labor) will be provided after the inspection. You have the right to accept or decline the final repair estimate.
2. Spare Parts and Warranty:
* We use high-quality compatible or genuine spare parts for repairs.
* Apex Service provides a limited-time warranty (as communicated by the technician) only on the specific spare parts replaced by us.
* This warranty does not cover other parts of the appliance, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, or tampering by another technician.
3. Website Usage and Anti-Fraud Policy:
You agree to use this website for legitimate service bookings only.
Zero Tolerance for Fake Clicks: We employ advanced tracking systems. Deliberately submitting fake leads, spamming our booking form, or intentionally clicking ads without the intent of service (Click Fraud) is strictly prohibited. Violators' IPs and devices will be permanently blocked without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability:
While our technicians are highly trained, Apex Service shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or service delays beyond our control.
5. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
